제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 유니포트(대표 고윤서, 이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 꿈틀 데스크톱·모바일 앱과 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (정의)

  1. "이용자"는 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 사람입니다.
  2. "계정"은 이메일·비밀번호 또는 Google·Apple 로그인으로 만든 이용자 식별 단위입니다.
  3. "콘텐츠"는 이용자가 서비스에 입력하거나 가져온 할 일, 일정, 메모, 일기, 태그 등 모든 정보입니다.
  4. "AI 기능"은 서비스가 운영자 소유 컴퓨터의 AI 모델로 제공하는 분류·제안·대화·리포트 기능입니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

  1. 이 약관은 서비스 안 또는 웹사이트에 게시하고, 가입할 때 동의하면 효력이 생깁니다.
  2. 운영자는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리하거나 중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 알립니다.
  3. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 그만두고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 알린 기간 안에 거부 의사를 밝히지 않고 계속 이용하면 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제4조 (이용 계약과 계정)

  1. 만 14세 이상인 사람만 가입할 수 있습니다.
  2. 이용자는 정확한 이메일을 써야 하며, 계정과 비밀번호를 스스로 관리할 책임이 있습니다. 계정이 도용된 것을 알면 바로 운영자에게 알려야 합니다.
  3. 계정은 다른 사람에게 넘기거나 빌려줄 수 없습니다.
  4. 운영자는 다른 사람의 정보를 도용했거나, 이 약관을 어겨 이용이 제한된 적이 있는 등 정당한 사유가 있으면 가입을 거절하거나 사후에 해지할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스의 내용과 무료 제공)

  1. 서비스는 할 일·캘린더 관리, 기기 간 동기화, 알림, 성장 기록, 수집함·위키, 일기, 작업 지도, AI 기능 등을 제공합니다. 구체적인 기능은 앱에서 안내합니다.
  2. 서비스는 무료입니다. 유료 기능을 도입하면 미리 알리고, 이용자가 따로 동의하기 전에는 요금을 받지 않습니다.
  3. AI 기능에는 서버 자원 보호를 위해 이용 횟수 상한(예: 주간 목표 초안·주간 리포트 각 주 1회, 분·일 단위 상한)이 있으며, 대기열 상황에 따라 기다리거나 일시적으로 쓸 수 없을 수 있습니다.

제6조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

  1. 서비스는 운영자가 직접 관리하는 컴퓨터에서 제공되므로 점검, 장비 고장, 정전, 네트워크 장애 등으로 일부 또는 전부가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스는 기기에 데이터를 먼저 저장하므로, 서버가 멈춰도 기기 안의 기능은 대체로 계속 쓸 수 있습니다.
  2. 운영자는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 내용을 바꾸거나 기능을 추가·제거할 수 있습니다.
  3. 운영자가 서비스를 영구 종료하려면 종료일 30일 전까지 앱 또는 웹사이트로 알리고, 그 기간 동안 이용자가 자기 콘텐츠를 확인할 수 있게 하고, 콘텐츠를 옮길 수 있는 방법을 함께 안내합니다.
  4. 무료 서비스이므로 일시 중단·변경·종료로 인한 별도 보상은 하지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있으면 그렇지 않습니다.

제7조 (이용자의 의무와 금지 행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  1. 다른 사람의 계정·개인정보를 도용하거나 무단으로 수집하는 행위
  2. 서비스나 서버에 비정상적인 부하를 주는 행위(자동화 도구로 대량 요청, AI 상한 우회 등), 시스템 취약점을 공격하거나 무단 접근을 시도하는 행위
  3. 서비스를 역설계·변형하거나 운영자 허락 없이 영리 목적으로 쓰는 행위(관련 법령이 허용하는 범위는 제외)
  4. 법령을 어기는 콘텐츠(불법 촬영물, 아동 성착취물 등)를 저장·전파하는 행위나 AI 기능으로 불법 행위를 꾀하는 행위
  5. 다른 사람의 저작권·명예·사생활 등 권리를 침해하는 행위
  6. 그 밖에 관련 법령이나 이 약관을 어기는 행위

위반하면 운영자는 사전 통지 후(긴급하면 사후 통지) 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 운영자 이메일로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (콘텐츠의 권리와 관리)

  1. 이용자가 만든 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
  2. 운영자는 서비스 제공(저장, 기기 간 동기화, 백업, 이용자가 요청한 AI 처리, 알림 표시)에 필요한 범위에서만 콘텐츠를 처리하며, 그 밖의 목적(광고, 판매, AI 학습 등)으로 쓰지 않습니다.
  3. 콘텐츠의 백업 책임은 1차로 이용자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 매일 백업하지만 모든 데이터의 보존을 보장하지 않습니다.
  4. 콘텐츠의 처리에 관한 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

제9조 (AI 기능 결과)

  1. AI 기능의 결과(분류, 태그, 제안, 일기 대화, 주간 리포트 등)는 자동으로 만든 것으로 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 결과를 스스로 판단해 사용해야 합니다.
  2. AI 기능은 의료·법률·재무·심리 상담 등 전문적인 조언을 대신하지 않습니다. 특히 일기의 AI 대화는 전문 상담이 아닙니다. 위기 상황이면 전문 기관(예: 자살예방상담전화 109)에 도움을 요청하세요.
  3. 운영자는 AI 결과를 그대로 사용해 생긴 손해에 대해, 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없으면 책임지지 않습니다.

제10조 (외부 서비스 연동)

Google·Apple 로그인, Google 캘린더, Apple(맥) 캘린더 등 외부 서비스 연동은 해당 서비스의 약관과 정책을 따릅니다. 외부 서비스의 변경·중단으로 연동 기능을 쓸 수 없게 될 수 있으며, 이는 운영자의 책임이 아닙니다.

제11조 (탈퇴와 계정 삭제)

  1. 이용자는 언제든 앱의 설정 › 계정 › 계정 삭제로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 계정과 모든 콘텐츠가 즉시 삭제되고 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 백업 안의 사본은 개인정보 처리방침에서 정한 기간 뒤 삭제됩니다.
  2. 운영자는 오래 쓰지 않은 계정을 따로 삭제하지 않습니다. 이 정책을 바꾸려면 제3조에 따라 약관을 먼저 바꿔 알립니다.

제12조 (책임의 제한)

  1. 운영자는 천재지변, 정전, 통신 장애, 외부 서비스(Google 등) 장애 등 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 책임지지 않습니다.
  2. 운영자는 이용자의 귀책 사유(계정 관리 소홀, 기기 분실 등)로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  3. 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스가 특정 목적에 맞는다거나 오류가 없다고 보증하지 않습니다.
  4. 이 조의 면책은 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」 등 강행 법규가 면책을 금지하는 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다.

제13조 (알림과 연락)

운영자는 이용자가 등록한 이메일, 앱 안 공지, 웹사이트 게시로 이용자에게 알립니다. 전체 이용자에 대한 알림은 앱 안 공지 또는 웹사이트에 7일 이상 게시하는 것으로 갈음할 수 있습니다.

제14조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)

  1. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
  2. 운영자와 이용자는 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 성실히 협의합니다. 이용자는 운영자 이메일로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
  3. 협의로 해결되지 않은 소송은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

이 약관은 2026년 10월 6일부터 시행합니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using the Kkumteul (꿈틀) desktop and mobile apps and related services (the "Service") provided by UniPort (Representative: Ko Yunseo; "we"), and the rights and duties of you and us.

2. Definitions

  • "Account": your identity in the Service, created with email/password or Google/Apple sign-in.
  • "Content": anything you enter or import — tasks, events, notes, journal entries, tags, etc.
  • "AI features": sorting, suggestions, conversation and reports produced by an AI model hosted on the operator's own computer.

3. Changes to these Terms

We post these Terms in the app or on our website. We announce changes at least 7 days in advance (30 days for material or unfavorable changes). If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

4. Accounts

  1. You must be 14 or older.
  2. Provide an accurate email and keep your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if your account is compromised.
  3. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.
  4. We may refuse or terminate an account for good cause (e.g. impersonation, prior violations).

5. The Service is free

  1. Features include task and calendar management, cross-device sync, reminders, growth tracking, inbox/wiki, journal, work map and AI features.
  2. The Service is free of charge. We will not charge you without prior notice and your separate consent.
  3. AI features have usage limits (e.g. weekly goal draft and weekly report once per week each, per-minute/per-day limits) and may be queued or temporarily unavailable.

6. Changes, interruptions and termination

  1. The Service runs on a computer the operator manages directly and may be interrupted by maintenance, hardware failure, power or network outages. Because data is saved on your device first, most features keep working on-device while the server is down.
  2. We may change, add or remove features.
  3. If we permanently shut down the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can review your content, and we will explain how to move it.
  4. As the Service is free, no compensation is provided for interruptions, changes or shutdown, except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not: (1) use others' accounts or collect their data without authorization; (2) overload or attack the Service, bypass AI limits, or attempt unauthorized access; (3) reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the Service without permission, except as permitted by law; (4) store or distribute illegal content, or use AI features to plan illegal acts; (5) infringe others' rights; (6) otherwise violate law or these Terms. We may restrict or terminate accounts for violations after notice (or afterwards in urgent cases). You may object by email.

8. Your content

  1. You own your content.
  2. We process content only as needed to provide the Service (storage, sync, backup, AI processing you request, showing notifications). We do not use it for advertising, sale or AI training.
  3. You are primarily responsible for backing up your content. We back up daily but do not guarantee preservation of all data.
  4. See the Privacy Policy.

9. AI output

  1. AI output (sorting, tags, suggestions, journal conversation, weekly reports) is automatically generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment.
  2. AI features are not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice; the journal conversation is not counseling. In a crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (in Korea: 109).
  3. We are not liable for damages from relying on AI output, except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Third-party services

Google/Apple sign-in, Google Calendar and macOS Calendar integrations are subject to those providers' terms. Integrations may stop working if those services change.

11. Account deletion

  1. You may delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete Account. Your account and all content are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered; backup copies are deleted after the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
  2. We do not delete accounts for inactivity. If we change this, we will first amend these Terms with notice under Section 3.

12. Limitation of liability

  1. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, power or network outages, failures of third-party services).
  2. We are not liable for damages caused by you (e.g. careless account management, lost devices).
  3. The Service is provided free and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.
  4. These limitations do not apply to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where mandatory law (including the Korean Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions) prohibits them.

13. Notices

We notify you via your registered email, in-app notices or our website. Notices to all users may be made by posting in the app or on our website for at least 7 days.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; otherwise, lawsuits go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
