꿈틀 개인정보 처리방침

유니포트(대표 고윤서, 이하 "운영자")는 꿈틀(데스크톱 앱·모바일 앱, 이하 "서비스")을 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 둡니다.

• 서비스는 무료이며, 광고·분석·추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.

제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적)

운영자는 다음 목적으로만 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적이 바뀌면 별도로 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 합니다.

1. 회원 가입·관리: 가입 의사 확인, 본인 식별·인증(이메일·비밀번호, Google 로그인, Apple 로그인), 로그인 유지, 부정 이용 방지(로그인 시도 제한), 탈퇴 처리
2. 서비스 제공: 할 일·일정·메모·일기·성장 기록 등 이용자가 만든 콘텐츠를 저장하고 이용자의 여러 기기 사이에 동기화
3. AI 기능 제공: AI 비서, 수집함 자동 분류, 작업 지도, 자동 태그, 일기 대화, 주간 목표 초안·주간 리포트 생성과 사용량 상한 적용
4. 알림 제공: 할 일 알림, 하루 요약, 성장 소식, 기기 간 동기화 신호(Android 푸시)

제2조 (처리하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 방법)

• 다음 정보는 이용자 기기에만 저장되고 운영자 서버로 보내지 않습니다: 로그인 토큰(기기 보안 저장소), Google 캘린더·Apple(맥) 캘린더·휴대폰 캘린더에서 읽은 일정(다른 곳에서 만든 일정)과 캘린더 이름, 그 연결 토큰, AI 비서 대화 기록, 맥 위젯용 화면 정보, 다른 서비스에서 가져오기 연결 토큰.
• IP 주소는 로그인·가입 시도 제한을 위해 서버 메모리에서만 잠깐 쓰고(최대 24시간, 서버 재시작 시 삭제) 저장하거나 로그로 남기지 않습니다. 접속 기록(접속 로그)을 저장하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 서버로 가는 연결을 중계하는 Tailscale은 중계 과정에서 접속 IP·시각 같은 연결 정보를 볼 수 있습니다(제5조·제6조).
• 서비스는 민감정보·고유식별정보(주민등록번호 등)를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 일기 등에 이용자가 스스로 건강·심리 상태 등을 적을 수 있으니 필요한 만큼만 적어 주세요.
• 이용자가 할 일·태그·일기에 다른 사람의 이름 등을 적거나 메신저 대화 내보내기 파일을 가져오면 그 내용도 이용자의 콘텐츠로 저장됩니다. 다른 사람의 정보는 꼭 필요한 만큼만 넣어 주세요.

제3조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간)

법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 경우에는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다. 서비스는 무료이고 결제가 없어 현재 「전자상거래법」상 거래 기록은 보존하지 않습니다.

제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 미리 동의했거나 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우(수사기관의 적법한 요청 등)는 예외로 합니다.

제5조 (개인정보 처리의 위탁)

위탁 계약 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리되도록 필요한 사항을 정하고 수탁자를 관리·감독합니다. 위탁 업무나 수탁자가 바뀌면 이 방침으로 알립니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 국외 이전)

서비스 서버와 AI는 대한민국에 있는 운영자 소유 컴퓨터에서 돌아갑니다. 다만 다음은 서비스 제공(계약 이행)에 필요해 국외로 이전됩니다(「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제3호).

• 알림에 할 일 제목이 나가지 않게 하려면 앱의 설정 › 소리와 알림 › 알림에 제목 숨기기를 켜세요. 켜면 제목과 리스트 이름이 알림 데이터에 아예 들어가지 않습니다. 서버 푸시 자체를 원하지 않으면 기기 알림 권한을 끄거나 할 일 알림을 끄면 되고, 이 경우 기기에 예약된 알림만 울립니다.
• iOS는 현재 서버 푸시를 쓰지 않습니다(기기 로컬 알림만).
• Google·Apple 로그인과 Google 캘린더 연결은 이용자가 해당 회사에 직접 로그인하는 방식입니다. 운영자는 로그인 결과(식별자·이메일)만 받고, Google 캘린더에서 읽은 일정은 이용자 기기에만 저장합니다. 이용자가 꿈틀에서 만들거나 고친 일정은 꿈틀 일정으로 저장·동기화되고, 이용자가 고른 Google·Apple 캘린더에도 저장됩니다. 해당 회사의 처리는 각 회사의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
• 휴대폰 캘린더 연결(앱): 이용자가 설정 › 캘린더 연동에서 연결을 누를 때만 휴대폰의 캘린더 접근 권한(iOS 캘린더 전체 접근, Android 캘린더 읽기·쓰기)을 묻습니다. 휴대폰 캘린더의 일정·캘린더 이름·색은 휴대폰 안에서만 읽어 화면에 보여 주고 운영자 서버나 AI로 보내지 않습니다. 이용자가 꿈틀에서 만들면서 휴대폰 캘린더에도 저장하기로 고른 일정만 꿈틀 일정으로 저장·동기화되고, 어느 캘린더인지는 알아볼 수 없게 바꾼 값으로만 남깁니다(캘린더 이름·이메일은 보내지 않습니다). 연결을 끊으면 휴대폰 캘린더 일정이 더는 보이지 않고, 휴대폰 캘린더의 일정은 지워지지 않습니다.

제7조 (AI 기능과 개인정보)

1. 서비스의 모든 AI 기능은 운영자 소유 컴퓨터에서 직접 실행하는 AI 모델로 처리합니다. 이용자의 글을 외부 AI 회사(OpenAI·Google·Anthropic 등)에 보내지 않습니다.
2. AI로 보내는 내용은 그 기능에 필요한 것뿐입니다(예: 분류할 메모, 할 일 제목·리스트 이름, AI 비서가 질문에 답하려고 찾은 할 일·일정·메모, 일기 대화를 켠 날의 일기 본문, AI 비서에서 일기 보기를 켠 경우의 일기 본문). 일기는 이용자가 AI 대화를 켠 날, "나만 보기"가 아닌 날만 보냅니다. Google·Apple·휴대폰 캘린더 일정은 AI로 보내지 않습니다.
3. 서버는 AI 요청·응답 원문을 저장하거나 기록하지 않습니다. 사용 횟수 등 숫자만 남겨 이용 상한을 적용합니다.
4. 다만 이용자가 앱에 남긴 AI 결과(일기 대화와 요약, 주간 리포트, 자동 분류·태그 결과)는 이용자 콘텐츠로 저장·동기화되며 제3조에 따라 보관됩니다.
5. AI 결과는 자동으로 만든 제안이며 틀릴 수 있습니다. 자동 분류·태그는 이용자의 권리·의무에 중대한 영향을 주는 자동화된 결정이 아니며, 이용자가 언제든 고치거나 되돌릴 수 있습니다.
6. AI 결과를 AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.

Google API 서비스 데이터의 제한적 사용

꿈틀이 Google API로 받은 정보의 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 따릅니다. Google 캘린더 정보는 이용자 기기의 앱 화면에 일정을 보여 주고, 이용자가 꿈틀에서 직접 만들거나 고친 일정을 그 이용자의 Google 캘린더에 저장하는 데에만 씁니다. Google 캘린더에서 받은 일정은 운영자 서버로 보내지 않고(이용자가 꿈틀에서 만든 일정은 꿈틀 일정으로 동기화됩니다), AI에 쓰지 않고, 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 누구에게도 넘기지 않습니다.

제8조 (개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법)

1. 보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적을 이루면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
2. 탈퇴: 앱에서 계정을 삭제하면 서버의 계정 정보, 모든 콘텐츠, 로그인 세션, Google/Apple 연결, 푸시 기기 정보, AI 사용량이 즉시 한 번에 삭제되고 다른 기기에서도 지워집니다. 백업 안의 사본은 제3조의 기간(14일)이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다.
3. 방법: 전자 파일은 데이터베이스에서 삭제해 복구할 수 없게 하고, 백업 파일은 파일째 삭제합니다. 종이 문서로는 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다.

제9조 (정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법)

1. 이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구하고, 동의를 철회(탈퇴)할 수 있습니다.
2. 방법
   • 콘텐츠 열람·정정·삭제: 앱에서 직접
   • 계정 삭제(탈퇴): 데스크톱 설정 › 계정 › 계정 삭제, 모바일 더보기 › 설정 › 계정 › 계정 삭제 (계정 삭제 안내)
   • 그 밖의 요구·앱을 쓸 수 없는 경우: 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일 → 본인 확인 후 10일 이내 처리 결과를 알립니다.
3. 대리인을 통해서도 요구할 수 있으며, 이 경우 위임장을 내야 합니다.
4. 법령에 따라 요구가 제한될 수 있으며, 그 경우 이유를 알립니다.

제10조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)

• 관리적: 개인정보를 다루는 사람을 대표자 1인으로 한정
• 기술적:
  • 앱과 서버 사이 통신은 모두 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)
  • 비밀번호는 복원할 수 없는 해시(scrypt)로만, 로그인 세션 토큰도 해시로만 저장
  • 로그인 토큰은 기기의 보안 저장소(macOS·iOS 키체인, Windows DPAPI, Android Keystore)에 암호화해 보관
  • 각 이용자는 자기 데이터만 읽고 쓸 수 있게 서버가 강제
  • 로그인·가입·계정 삭제 확인에 시도 횟수 제한
  • 데이터베이스·AI는 인터넷에 직접 열지 않고 서버 내부에서만 접근
  • 서버 로그에 이메일·할 일 제목·AI 원문을 남기지 않음
• 물리적: 서버 컴퓨터는 운영자가 직접 관리하는 장소에 있음
• 현재 한계(정직한 고지): 일기·메모 등 콘텐츠는 서버에 암호화되지 않은 형태로 저장되어 기술적으로 운영자가 열람할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 장애 대응 등 필요한 경우가 아니면 열람하지 않습니다.

제11조 (자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부)

서비스는 쿠키·광고 식별자·분석 도구·크래시 리포트 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 광고를 보여 주지 않고, 이용자를 추적하지 않습니다.

제12조 (만 14세 미만 아동)

서비스는 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알고 수집하지 않으며, 그런 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 계정을 삭제합니다.

제15조 (처리방침의 변경)

이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리하거나 중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 앱 또는 웹사이트로 알립니다.

Kkumteul Privacy Policy

UniPort (Representative: Ko Yunseo; "we") operates Kkumteul (꿈틀; desktop and mobile apps, the "Service") and processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea ("PIPA").

• Effective date: 2026-10-10
• The Korean version governs if the two versions differ.
• The Service is free and uses no advertising, analytics or tracking tools.

1. Purposes

1. Account management — sign-up, sign-in (email/password, Google, Apple), keeping you signed in, preventing abuse (sign-in attempt limits), account deletion.
2. Providing the Service — storing your tasks, events, notes, journal and growth records and syncing them across your devices.
3. AI features — assistant, inbox auto-sorting, work map, auto-tagging, journal conversation, weekly goal drafts and weekly reports, and enforcing usage limits.
4. Notifications — task reminders, daily summary, growth updates and sync signals (Android push).

2. What we process and how

• Stored only on your device, never sent to our server: sign-in tokens (device secure storage), events and calendar names read from Google Calendar / macOS Calendar / your phone's calendars (events created elsewhere) and their connection tokens, AI assistant chat history, Mac widget data, tokens for importing from other services.
• IP addresses are used only in server memory for sign-in rate limiting (at most 24 hours, cleared on restart). We do not keep access logs. Tailscale, which relays connections to our server, can see connection metadata such as IP address and time while relaying (Sections 5 and 6).
• We do not collect sensitive information or national ID numbers. You may choose to write about health or mood in your journal — please write only what you are comfortable storing.
• If you enter other people's names or import a messenger chat export, that text is stored as your content. Please include only what is necessary.

6. International transfers

Our server and AI run on a computer owned by the operator in the Republic of Korea. The following transfers are necessary to provide the Service (PIPA Art. 28-8(1)(3)):

• To keep task titles out of notifications, turn on Settings › Sounds & Notifications › Hide titles in notifications. Titles and list names are then not included in notification data at all. You can also disable notifications; reminders already scheduled on your device still work.
• iOS currently uses on-device notifications only (no server push).
• Google/Apple sign-in and Google Calendar are connections you make directly with those companies. We receive only the sign-in result (ID and email); events read from Google Calendar stay on your device. Events you create or edit in Kkumteul are saved and synced as Kkumteul events and are also saved to the Google or Apple calendar you chose.
• Phone calendars (mobile app): we ask for calendar access (iOS full calendar access, Android calendar read/write) only when you tap connect in Settings › Calendar connections. Events, calendar names and colors from your phone's calendars are read on your phone only to show them in the app, and are never sent to our server or to AI. Only events you create in Kkumteul and choose to also save to a phone calendar are stored and synced as Kkumteul events, with only an unreadable code for which calendar it is (no calendar names or emails). Disconnecting hides your phone calendar events in Kkumteul; events in your phone calendar are not deleted.

7. AI and your data

1. All AI features run on an AI model hosted on the operator's own computer. Your text is not sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google or Anthropic).
2. Only what a feature needs is sent (e.g. a note to sort, task titles and list names, the tasks, events and notes the AI assistant looks up to answer your question, the day's journal text when journal conversation is on and the entry is not "private", and journal text when you turn on journal access for the AI assistant). Calendar events from Google/Apple or your phone's calendars are never sent to AI.
3. The server does not store or log AI request or response text; it keeps only usage counts to enforce limits.
4. AI output you keep in the app (journal conversation and summary, weekly reports, sorting/tag results) is stored and synced as your content under Section 3.
5. AI output is an automated suggestion and may be wrong. Auto-sorting and auto-tagging are not automated decisions with significant effects on your rights; you can change or undo them at any time.
6. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Google API Services — Limited Use

Kkumteul's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar data is used only to display your events in the app on your device and to save events you create or edit in Kkumteul to your own Google Calendar. Events received from Google Calendar are not sent to our server (events you create in Kkumteul are synced as Kkumteul events), not used for AI, not used for advertising, and not transferred to anyone.

8. Deletion

• When you delete your account in the app, your account, all content, sessions, Google/Apple links, push device info and AI usage counts are deleted immediately in one step and removed from your other devices. Copies in backups are deleted after 14 days.
• Electronic records are deleted from the database so they cannot be restored; backup files are deleted as whole files. We keep no paper records.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing, and withdraw consent (delete your account) at any time.

• Content: edit or delete in the app.
• Account deletion: desktop Settings › Account › Delete Account; mobile More › Settings › Account › Delete Account (see Account deletion).
• Other requests, or if you cannot use the app: email the privacy officer below. We respond within 10 days after verifying your identity. You may act through a representative with a power of attorney.

10. Security measures

• All traffic between the apps and our server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
• Passwords and session tokens are stored only as one-way hashes (scrypt / SHA-256).
• Sign-in tokens on devices are kept in OS secure storage (Keychain, DPAPI, Android Keystore).
• The server enforces that each user can access only their own data.
• Rate limits on sign-in, sign-up and account-deletion confirmation.
• Database and AI are not exposed to the internet.
• Server logs do not contain emails, task titles or AI text.
• Current limitation: content such as journal entries is stored on the server without end-to-end encryption, so the operator can technically access it. The operator does not access it except when needed (e.g. to resolve a failure).
• Only the representative handles personal information, and the server computer is kept in a location the operator manages directly.

11. Cookies and tracking

We use no cookies, advertising IDs, analytics or crash-reporting tools, show no ads and do not track you.

12. Children

The Service is for users aged 14 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14 and will delete such accounts when we become aware of them.
